We pride ourselves on a solid reputation but most importantly our ability to provide high quality, personalised service to each and every one of our clients, both landlords and tenants.
We manage and maintain investment properties to a high standard ensuring our landlords have little to nothing to do when it comes time to sell or lease their property. We also understand that investors are in the real estate investment market to make money and we support that every step of the way while ensuring our tenants are living in a well-maintained home.
Our Story
All Property Management commenced trading during the peak of COVID in 2020. With over 33 years of experience in Property Management, Director & Licensee in Charge, Donna Boyd, knew that it was time to take the leap and create her own property management agency.
In two short years Donna has grown the rent roll to in excess of 200 properties across the Wollondilly & Macarthur regions. This immense growth saw the need to expand, and she employed experienced Property Manager Rachael Swanston in May 2022.
Why All Property Management?
Looking after an owner’s biggest asset is an honour, and also has a lot of trust involved as we are managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of assets. Our goal is to treat both our landlords and tenants as our clients, not just another number.
We action repairs and maintenance quickly. All properties are inspected by Senior Property Managers to ensure that the asset, an owner has worked so hard to save for, is maintained to the highest level. This nurtures trust and confidence creating a long lasting relationship between All Property Management and our clients.
We always offer clean and tidy rental properties and refuse clients who do not meet our standards.
